We get that uploading all of your documents to PPO can be time consuming for larger projects. And that’s why we allow you to save time by emailing your documents directly to PPO. Save this email address into your contact list, and use it the next time you plan on uploading a document. What’s even cooler is that you can CC or BCC the address when you send documents on to your project peeps. PPO will receive the email and match your email address to your user profile. The documents will then be stored automatically, and placed on your home page under the “Unclassified Documents” section.
Now that your documents are conveniently uploaded, you can carry on with meetings, planning sessions and other project activities and later return to your PPO home page to edit the document metadata and allocate the documents to their specified projects.
But wait, there’s more! A standard Unclassified Document Report is available to remind you of documents that still have not been allocated to the applicable projects.
