Post Vision Technology are pleased to announce that version 3.0 of PPO will be available to all users on our hosted platform at the beginning of September 2009. The release highlights include (but are not limited to):

• Changes to PPO Planning Mode
  In order to make the currently planning functionality more usable manual planning, planning approval and the planning mode are being replaced by automated planning. When one adds / imports a task, planning will be automatically generated for the Responsible person for the period between the Planned Start Date and the Planned End Date using the % allocation. The existing Planning Dashboards and Reports will thus be automatically available in PPO
• Hardcode Calculations
  Hardcoded calculations such as on the Risk RAG and Cost Variance will be removed and allow for more flexibility on these previoushardcoded calculated fields.
• Link to Employee View

On any of the entity list pages where employee names are displayed, one would now have the ability to click on a link to that specific employee‘s PPO record. Detailed information relating to the enhancements in v3.0 will be available to users logging into the new version once deployed via the “What‘s New” icon on the home page.

Post Vision Technology has taken co-sponsorship of the Project Management Portal on iTWeb as of 1 August 2009. We have chosen to use the sponsorship to gain exposure for PPO (product) and not Post Vision Technology (company). This enforces our commitment to our partners to provide brand awareness for PPO. Links from the PPO images are provided to our website and all existing partners are now listed on our updated website under the Partners tab.
