For project management office (PMO) resources, your most important commodity is time. This means that you need your project management tool to make it as simple as possible for you to update, consolidate and report on the project portfolio. Knowing that PMO resources are always looking for ways to reduce the time spent on administrative tasks (and of course taken into consideration feedback from our awesome clients like yourself), we’ve extended the existing multiple edit feature to Projects, Programmes and Employees.

Editing one record at a time can be tedious work for PMO resources and project managers like. As a PMO user, you’re probably no stranger to performing governance reviews and need to bulk edit the project stage or phase for a number of projects or the yearly financial process comes around and results in you having to update the charge out rates for all employees across your resource pool. Sounds time consuming right? Wrong, with this feature, you can edit multiple employees at once to save time and promote data accuracy.
