Our support is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and most importantly, it’s part of your monthly subscription fee. We have always delivered free support through our extensive Knowledge Base and Frequently Asked Questions, live chat with our support ninjas who are always ready to help and your ability to raise tickets. But we’ve improved access and add some new great things to support you.

What we’ve improved

We’ve made a layout change to the support menu and in addition to the slicker overall look, the Help icon now includes a few new menu options that will make the support experience more interactive and comprehensive (so we think…).
