If you’ve ever found yourself capturing the same type of information over and over again, this tip is for you. The copy feature lets you quickly duplicate either a single record or multiple records, saving you loads of time when most of the information stays the same and you only need to make a few small changes.
In the video, Nkhensani shows you how she uses this feature when working on implementation projects in her trainer role. You’ll see how copying a single record comes in handy for adding new sprints, where only the start and end dates are updated. Plus, she’ll demonstrate the multiple copy option to create several planned work items in just a few clicks — all aligned to the relevant sprints.
