New in PPO: Secure External Forms for Non-PPO Users

Illustration of a person standing next to a computer monitor displaying colorful UI design elements, including yellow forms, checkboxes, a purple cloud upload icon, and coding windows. Purple gears are in the background.

Did you know PPO includes an External Form capability that allows non-PPO users to securely submit information into your PPO environment — without requiring system access or custom-built integrations?

External Forms can be configured for any PPO entity, making it easy to collect ideas, requests, initiatives, projects, demand or structured information from across your organisation while maintaining governance and control.

We’ve recently enhanced this capability with stronger security controls, email verification access, and full administrator configuration within PPO.

In this short video, we explain:

  • How non-PPO users access and submit forms
  • How the new verification process improves security and POPI compliance
  • How administrators can configure and maintain forms directly in PPO

Watch this short video to see it in action.

We do our very best to make PPO better every day, so we’d love to hear your feedback on these latest enhancements.

Don’t forget to let us know if you have any other product enhancement ideas! Drop us an email or log an idea on our community portal please. More importantly, keep up to date with all our new product information by subscribing to our blog.
