We’ve made a small tweak to Conversations in PPO — and it’s one that improves collaboration.
As you know, Conversations let you chat informally on any item — risks, issues, projects, documents, even approvals — keeping discussions exactly where the work happens. Your Feed then notifies you if you’ve been tagged, if someone replies, or if a conversation is added to something you’re responsible for.
What’s new?
You’ll now see a simple prompt in the comment box: “Type @name to tag.”

No guesswork. No wondering how to bring someone in. Just a clear nudge that makes tagging easy.
And while it’s a small addition, the impact is real:
- The right people get involved sooner
- Fewer missed notifications
- Faster responses
- Less reliance on email
- Stronger visibility and accountability
