We’re excited to announce a powerful new enhancement to the Grid Widget that makes capturing and managing your data even more flexible.
Until now, when using the Year and Month custom list fields as your period type in the Grid Widget, you were required to have both a Year custom list field and a Month custom list field. This meant that if your dataset was structured around yearly information only, the Grid Widget couldn’t be used.
With our latest enhancement, you can now configure the Grid Widget to work seamlessly even if you only have a Year custom list field.
Why This Matters
This update is especially useful in scenarios where data is managed on a yearly basis rather than monthly. A common example is cost management, where budgets are often set and tracked per year.
