Project managers spend too much time producing reporting that is never read and adds little value. This live webinar will provide examples and templates of status reporting that will generate interest and engagement from project offices, owners and sponsors. We’ll discuss why some of the existing reporting is not getting our project communities attention and explore some of the more innovative and disruptive ways in which project managers are communicating project status to their stakeholders.
Guy Jelley is one of the founders of project portfolio management (PPM) and collaboration solution provider, Project Portfolio Office, and is the company’s CEO. Project Portfolio Office was established in 2000, with the sole aim of developing a cost effective, easy to use and simple to implement PPM system and providing it to the local market.
He is very passionate about the Project Management industry, and through this also very driven. Guy is a husband & father of 2, loves jazz, soccer and is a huge Spurs fan.
