Tagging Made Easy in Conversations

We’ve added a small but powerful enhancement to Conversations in PPO. A new “Type @name to tag” prompt now appears in the comment box, making it clear how to involve the right colleagues in a discussion.

Bar Chart Labels Now Available in PPO

PPO’s bar chart widget now includes label display options, making charts easier to read without hovering. Choose to show values on standard bars, or values and percentages on stacked charts for clearer, more insightful visual reporting.

You Asked. We Listened. Multiple Resource Assignment is Here!

PPO’s long-awaited Multiple Resource Assignment feature is here! You can now assign multiple team members to a single task, risk, issue, action, or stakeholder role – eliminating the need for duplication and making collaboration far simpler. Much like the Multiple Select Custom Lists rollout, this feature is available to all clients, but PPO Administrators can decide where to enable it by converting existing single-select resource fields.

Reflecting on our 19th Year (one of our busiest!)

As we bid farewell to another year, I look back with immense pride at our team and the progress we’ve made. 2023 was a year that we chose to focus on accelerating our product roadmap to improve and enhance PPO.

Central Bank of Lesotho crowned as first local PMO of the Year winner

The project management office (PMO) of the Central Bank of Lesotho (CBL), a statutory organisation fully owned by the Government of Lesotho, yet which enjoys relative independence in formulating and implementing monetary policy, has been named as first-ever PMO of the Year for the country.
