Project Portfolio Office reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the date, time and location of an event at any time, including replacing personnel who may be scheduled to deliver the event. In the event of a cancellation by Project Portfolio Office due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, the Client is entitled to a full refund. Project Portfolio Office shall not be responsible for any other loss incurred by the Client as a result of a cancellation or reschedule.
